Otodexa is not a listings site; it is an independent decision engine that finds the right car for you. The four principles below are not a list of slogans, they describe how the product actually works. Under each principle we also wrote down how we put it into practice.

Independent

Turkey's first objective car decision engine.

Otodexa does not sell cars, does not publish listings and is not a dealer. Since we take no commission or listing fee from any brand, we have no commercial interest in pushing one model forward. The only thing that decides what we recommend is what you need, not who paid what. You make the purchase with the authorised dealer or the used-car dealer yourself; we do not step in between.

How we put this into practice

We are not on the sales sideOtodexa is a decision platform, not a sales or dealership site. Since we take no cut from a sale, there is no reason for us to take sides.
Ranking cannot be boughtThe order in the recommendation list comes from the matching engine's score, not from paid placement.
No unconfirmed price is shownOnly prices verified from the brand's own official source are published; where a price cannot be verified, the card reads 'Ask a dealer for pricing' instead.

Ad-Free and Free

No sponsored picks; every feature is free.

There are no sponsored car cards, promoted listings or ad banners on the site. The order you see in the catalogue is set by your filters and the matching score, not by an advertising budget. There is a single free user account: no premium package, no hidden tier, no fee that turns up later.

How we put this into practice

Dexa is not a general-purpose chat tool but a decision infrastructure built for the automotive world. The decision happens in two layers: first a rule-based, deterministic matching engine (the same input always produces the same result) scores the candidates; then the AI layer makes the final pick among them and writes its reasoning in Turkish. What feeds it is our own catalogue, checked by editors, not dealer marketing copy.

An advisor that does not sell cars.

Dexa is Otodexa's own AI car advisor. It is not a brand representative or a sales channel; its only job is to help you find the right car from verified catalogue data. That is why impartiality is not a promise bolted on afterwards for Dexa, it is the way it works.

It recommends cars for you

It matches the budget, household and usage details in your search profile against the verified catalogue, then gives you the best fit, three alternatives and one overlooked option, each with its reasoning.

It answers your questions

You can ask about budget, equipment, the difference between two models, or simply say 'recommend a car for me', all in everyday language. Where it helps, it adds live car and comparison cards to its answer, and it is open 24/7.

It reads your offer against the car tax

You enter the on-the-road offer you were given; Dexa works the tax base back out and shows which car tax bracket the offer lands in and how close it sits to a threshold.

So what makes Dexa impartial?

It does not sell carsDexa has no sales target. Since we take no commission from any brand, there is no reason for us to put one model ahead of another.

Money does not move the rankingNo brand can pay to appear in a Dexa recommendation or to climb higher in it. The order comes from the matching score.

List prices onlyDexa never quotes an unconfirmed price. Where a model has no announced list price, it points you to the dealer for the current price instead of guessing.

Testing and Simulation

We went through a 100,000-user simulation

While building the platform and training our AI, we tested and statistically improved it with Deeper Alive's 100,000-user simulations. Trying a recommendation engine on a handful of people is not the same as exposing it to a hundred thousand different user behaviours: the simulation showed us which profiles we were weak on before real users ever arrived.
